I’ve been focused on real estate in New West since my first day in February of 2010. It’s still my area of focus but real estate has changed. It’s hard to sell a New West condo and buy a house down the street. It’s hard to move up from one house to another within New Westminster. Most of my clients need to make that purchase a little further out of town and that’s become a normal part of my business.

How far out do I go? We have to get more than a half-hour drive from New West before I start to consider opting-out. I’m a real sucker for hobby-farms, so I’ll go pretty far to wander around an old barn with a buyer.

You should expect a few options for strategies before we jump into anything. My desire is to understand your priorities, help you understand how to protect them and be realistic about any risk you’re taking on. I do my best to set you up to avoid surprises. I’ll put all my ideas on the table. You get your options. You set the destination and I will navigate us there.

Personal Life:

I’ve recently discovered a love for coaching. It started out as a simple offer to help a friend as an assistant coach. I’m really into it, constantly thinking about each player I’m responsible for and how I can make a positive impact. I see their improvements. I hear their appreciation and I absolutely love it. I help with softball, and that’s great. Soccer is my passion, and that’s on my mind much of the year.

Much of my family time is spent taking a weekend away here and there. We spend that time in Tulameen (near Princeton). It’s quiet. It’s different. We’re spoiled. It’s close enough to home that we can take a quick trip and come home with a revitalized mindset. We work together as a family to bring the best out in each other to share with our community. We hope it brings positivity to you and makes our working relationship fun and rewarding.
