I cannot say enough about Gord & Kim. In a dead market, they were able to sell my house in just one week! I listed my home with them in July 2025 and from the very beginning, their teamwork and expertise were evident!
Gord & Kim came to my home together - Gord walked me through comparable listings and explained what he realistically believed my home would sell for, while Kim did a walk through and showed me how to rearrange my furniture to create a more open welcoming space. She also gave me clear advise on what to remove to best showcase my home.
Photos were taken just 2 days later, and my house was on the market that same evening. Gord hosted open houses both Saturday and Sunday with several couples walking through both days. We met Kim and Gord just after purchasing a property for investment purposes. Right after buying it, we regretted our decision. Being Landlords was not something that we were cut out to be.
