Gord & Kim came to my home together - Gord walked me through comparable listings and explained what he realistically believed my home would sell for, while Kim did a walk through and showed me how to rearrange my furniture to create a more open welcoming space. She also gave me clear advise on what to remove to best showcase my home.

Now that my husband and I are settled in our new home, I wanted to take a minute to let you know what a pleasant experience it was for us in purchasing our 1st home.
