I cannot say enough about Gord & Kim. In a dead market, they were able to sell my house in just one week! I listed my home with them in July 2025 and from the very beginning, their teamwork and expertise were evident!
Gord & Kim came to my home together - Gord walked me through comparable listings and explained what he realistically believed my home would sell for, while Kim did a walk through and showed me how to rearrange my furniture to create a more open welcoming space. She also gave me clear advise on what to remove to best showcase my home.

We got to know Gord Karpinsky though my Aunt & Uncle, whom he sold their home for, and though my Sister & Brother-In-Law, for whom he found their 1st home. While the thought of buying a new home can be daunting enough, looking for one is overwhelming.
