With new franchise owners, the training begins with a weeklong course in Denver that covers every detail of operating a RE/MAX brokerage. Content ranges from planning a grand opening to improving your one-on-one recruiting skills. RE/MAX of Western Canada also provides a comprehensive 2-day training program at region head office.
Attendees of a typical class of 60 owners forge lifelong friendships, staying in touch with fellow classmates by exchanging referrals and sharing insights. These friendships are often renewed at conventions and Broker Owner and Manager retreats.
Many RE/MAX Satellite Network programs also focus on office management. And both RSNĀ® and the conventions offer courses worth credit toward the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation.
